The third day of the Test event offers many social activities in the village

The Ciudad de Santander Trophy after celebrating the 470 and Finn classes third round, second for Nacra 17, boards RS:X and 49er is on  more than half way through.

 

The status of the third day has been had quite different conditions, the horizon was clear of clouds and permanent wind from first hours of the morning.

 

With a slight delay for the starts of the race, all classes were able to sail and complete races, with a Northeast wind 6 knots average, and quite stable.

 

Alfa area:

Finn and Nacra 17


 

Situated in front of the beach of the Sardinero, and rotating with the 470 class. The multihull where able to complete 3 races, with a clear winner for the British team Ben Saxton and Hannaf Diamond with 5 points. In second place the Austrian team Thomas Zajac and Tanja Chiara with 6 points and in third place also British team Rupert White and Nicola Boniface, with also 6 points.

 

 

Bravo area:

470

 

As for woman category, dominated by the Autralians Lara Vadlau and Jolanta Katarzyna with 4 points after 2 races. In second place the American team Annie Haeger and Briana Provancha with 7 points and in third place the Brits Sophie Wegelin and Eilidh McIntyre with 13 points.


 

In RS:X Woman, the French team are the clear dominators thanks to Charline Picon with 3 points. In second place the Israeli Maayan Davidovich with 7 points and third the German Moana Delle with 8 points.
