Two Time Olympian shines in California

University of Oregon two-time Olympian Jen Rhines was victorious in the women's 10,000 meters Sunday night at the Payton Jordan Invitational at Stanford University in Palo Alto, Calif.

In the women's 10,000m race, Jen Rhines moved to #3 on the all-time U.S. list with her winning time of 31 minutes17.31 seconds. In slicing seven seconds off her personal best time, Rhines has met the 'A' qualifying standards for this year's World Outdoor Championships and the 2008 Olympic Games. Her performance ranks as the fastest women's 10,000m time in the world this year.
