Kelly Smith kicked off the scoring eight minutes into the game and after Lianne Sanderson got two more, Smith added her second to make it 4-0 to the holders after just 26 minutes.
Vic Akers' side will face Leeds United in the final, and having beaten their Yorkshire rivals in two finals in the past two years, Arsenal will be confident they can make it a hat-trick and secure their third FA Women's Cup in a row.
While Arsenal where cruising against their Northern Division opponents, Sophie Baker hit back on 33 minutes with a fine strike that showed the spirit which had seen Lincoln upset the odds to beat Blackburn Rovers in the Sixth Round.
Lincoln defended resolutely for the remainder of the tie, but Arsenal and Wales midfielder Jayne Ludlow - who scored twice in last season's Final - scored the Gunners' fifth with just ten minutes left.
The goal set the seal on a fine display from Arsenal, but Lincoln can take solace from an incredible run to the Semis and a fantastic crowd of 2,974 - the third highest ever for a Semi-Final.
Having lost The FA Women's Premier League Cup Final to Everton, Arsenal will be determined to retain The FA Women's Cup with Leeds United standing in their way at the City Ground on 5 May at 1pm.
Arsenal currently sit top of the league table, with a 100 per cent record after 13 games, their opponents at Nottingham Forest are familiar Final foes having been defeated in The FA Women's Cup final 5-0 two years ago by Arsenal. And in last season's Premier League Cup the Londoners ran out 1-0 winners.
