TEMPEST SPORTS UNVEILED AS OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE SUPPLIER TO EURO HOCKEY NATIONS CHAMPIONSHIPS

One of the fastest growing UK hockey clothing brands, Tempest are suppliers to over 100 of England’s biggest clubs, including nine EHL Premiership clubs, and will be providing a full range of merchandise for the championships, including clothing, caps, umbrellas, drinks bottles, seat cushions, as well as a wide range of souvenirs.

All items will be available to buy at the bespoke built Retail Village at the Manchester venue, while a link on the event’s official website, www.eurohockeymanchester2007.com, will allow customers to make purchases online. As official merchandise supplier, Tempest will also be providing a full range of endorsed clothing to all 200 volunteers at the Championships.

Barry Snellgrove, Marketing Director of England Hockey, commented, “This deal represents a logical extension of the partnership with Tempest from our National Indoor Finals where they provide a splendid service.”

Tom Skinner, Marketing Manager of Tempest, commented, “We are looking forward to a busy EuroHockey Nations Championships in Manchester and to raising the profile of the Tempest brand at the event.”

Second in terms of size only to the World Cup, the EuroHockey Nations Championships welcome eight of the world’s best men’s and women’s teams with the top three sides in each category gaining qualification to next year’s Olympic Games in Beijing.
