Over the weekend of 30th June/1st July, the world's only female powerboating world champion will travel to Travemunde, Germany for the P1 German Grand Prix as she looks to extend her championship lead. Waiting to meet the defending champion will be Susianna Kentikian, the current women's WBA World Flyweight Champion, undefeated in 17 fights, 13 by way of knockout. The 20 year old Armenian, known as the Killer Queen, will travel from her home in Hamburg to experience her first ever Powerboat P1 event and a meeting with Jackie is one of her top priorities.
For Jackie it will be an opportunity to meet a fellow female world champion and someone who has shown the ability and determination to succeed in one of the toughest sports of all.
"Susianna is a fantastic sportswoman and supreme athlete. I am really looking forward to meeting her and comparing notes on mental preparation and training regimes. She has a fantastic record and to remain unbeaten after 17 fights is impressive to say the least. I am sure that with her frame of mind and talent she could become a top powerboat pilot but I'm afraid that even though at 5ft 2ins I'm 2 inches taller, I wouldn't fancy my chances as a boxer... unless of course its with my husband and co-pilot, Mike!"
The final event of the GKA Kite-Surf season saw sparks fly on the water as Prea delivered four days of perfect strapless freestyle conditions and sensational action last week.
