(August 19, 2007)—USA Cycling awarded a national title on Sunday in suburban Chicago as the nation’s top sprinters gathered to compete for stars-and-stripes jerseys in three criterium categories. After winning four straight titles from 2002 to 2005, Pic regained the national champion’s jersey after taking the field sprint ahead of Jen McRae (Austin, Texas/Advil-Chapstick) and Anna Lang (La Jolla, Calif./Karl Strauss-SDBC).
