We were very fortunate in having a wonderful sunny day this week despite the very cold wind which sprang up during the morning, so the golf was extremely enjoyable as the course conditions were also good for this time of the year. The competition was a Ryesome Stableford won by Linda Northover and Chris Pearce with 42 points, second Sue Ritchie and Lesley Oxenham with 35 and third Mona Carter and Andrea Squire with 32.
