RESULTS: Women's Sun & Surf Jericho Squash Open, Vancouver, Canada
Final: [1] Latasha Khan (USA) bt [6] Emma Beddoes (ENG) 9-6, 9-1, 9-0 (37m)
It was a match too far for the 21-year-old sixth seed from Warwick, who had upset two higher-seeded players to achieve her maiden appearance in a WISPA Tour final.
But top seed Khan's experience shone through as she clinched her 9-6, 9-1, 9-0 victory in 37 minutes.
It was a case of 'third time lucky' in North America this year for the 34-year-old from Seattle who finished as runner-up in the Southport Open in the USA in February and the Toronto Open in Canada in April.
The win marked Khan's second career WISPA World Tour title, in her seventh final.
