Heymans and Filion advance to tower final at U.S. Grand Prix

 


 
   
 

FORT LAUDERDALE – Émilie Heymans of St-Lambert, Que., Roseline Filion of Laval, Que., were second and third respectively in the women’s 10-metre tower second semifinal heat on Thursday to advance to the final at the U.S. Grand Prix diving competition.

Chen Ruolin of China won the heat with 383.20 points followed by Heymans at 372.35 and Filion at 331.65. In the other semi heat, the top-three in order were Wang Xin of China, Cassandra Cardinell of the U.S., and Mai Nakagawa of Japan.
