England women win their third T20 warm-up match against Brentwood school 1st XI boys

England women's captain Charlotte Edwards praised her side's tight
bowling after they won their final T20 warm-up match at Brentwood school by eight runs on Friday, ahead of the forthcoming NatWest Women's T20 Series against New Zealand.

After the match against Brentwood school 1st XI boys, Edwards said: "The bowlers gave one of the best performances we have seen in the warm-up matches against hard hitting batters. We have won all three warm-up matches against tough opposition-our confidence is high going into the series against New Zealand".

Lydia Greenway (37) top scored for England and put in a solid middle order performance with Beth Morgan (30) to lead England to 148-5.

Brentwood boys were held to 140-4 by England with a wicket a piece for Laura Marsh, Anya Shrubsole, and Nicky Shaw. Marsh was the pick of the bunch taking 1-19 on the dry turning wicket.
