Slough’s Natalie Bell scored a late winner to smash and grab the three points from Leicester taking their season to four wins from four. Bowdon Hightown, who top the table on goal difference over Slough, travelled east to Suffolk; Tina Cullen’s eighth goal of the season set them on their way having gone a goal down, to take a 3-1 victory at Ipswich. Old Loughtonians shocked Canterbury by tabling their first points of the season ending Canterbury’s unbeaten run. Three first half goals overturned the one goal deficit after Jo Bryant had opened the scoring in the eighth minute. Clifton condemned Olton and West Warwicks to remain on the foot of the table - despite Denise Marston-Smith scoring against her former club - with a sound 4-1 home victory, Isabel Palmer scoring twice. Chelmsford and Poynton shared the spoils in Essex, Lynn Bollington and Cath Linaker scoring the goals.
