Coconoil Check it Out!!!!!!!!!!!!

One Word. Amazing!!!!!


We loved it here at WSR. I live on Olive Oil and so when we received this I was not really interested.
I let my dad try some as he likes eating a healthy diet and likes to try new things. He got stuck right in, spread it on his toast in the morning and couldn't believe there was only a faint hint of a coconut taste. He also fries with it and says there is no taste at all, no one could tell that the food has been cooked in coconut oil. 



This is when I thought ok I will give it a go. I use it now on my toast for breakfast and if I even fry anything I use the coconut oil.
Like most good oils it's not cheap but the health benefits are immense.

I would certainly reccommend the oil to anyone and don't let the coconut flavour put you off you will be very surprised.

Super Food? I’m not sure – the term sounds far too much like another marketing gimmick for my liking and marketing jargon really isn’t helpful for anyone trying to make an informed decision, particularly when it comes to health and beauty.

What I am sure of, however, is that Coconoil virgin coconut oil is 100% pure and natural. Apologies if that, too, sounded like a marketing term but it is one that is scientifically accurate.

It’s all getting a little deep, right? Let’s take a step back and start with the basics.

Is coconut oil good for you?

There was a time long ago when we wouldn’t dare touch coconut oil for its high saturated fat content. Today though, we now know better.

Scientifically classed as a medium chain fatty acid, coconut oil contains around 50% lauric acid. Lauric acid, which is also found in human breast milk, is highly beneficial to us and is packed with antiviral and antibacterial properties which destroy a variety of disease causing organisms.

Medium chain fatty acids are also now known to be rapidly absorbed by the liver, providing the body with an instant source of energy, stimulating the metabolism and even helping to aid with weight loss.

So in a word – yes, coconut oil is good for you but make sure you choose your coconut oil carefully to ensure that you enjoy all of the natural benefits of the highly nutritious oil.
