Rebecca Chiu validated her status as top seed in the Women's NSC Super Squash Satellite No2 by beating second seed Annelize Naude in straight games in today's (Tuesday) final of the WISPA World Tour event at the National Squash Centre in Bukit Jalil in the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur.

Chiu, the former Asian Games champion from Hong Kong, dropped a game in the quarter-finals against Japan's seventh seed Mami Nishio.

But the 28-year-old world No14 was in fine form in the final as she brushed aside her Dutch opponent 10-8, 9-2, 9-1 in 32 minutes.

It was Chiu's second successive title win on the Tour after netting the Subway Goshen Open trophy in the USA in May. The triumph also marks Chiu's 11th WISPA title in exactly ten years.
