Inform Nicky Hunt is celebrating yet another personal landmark - this time equalling the world record for a FITA 720.
Compound ace Nicky, who is busy preparing for the World Championships in Korea at the start of next month, and then the FITA World Cup Grand Final in Copenhagen on September 26, scored 701 points out of a possible 720 at Kirby Muxloe in Leicestershire.
It is a new national and European record, and equals the world record set by the USA's Jamie Van Natta in April last year.
Last month, Nicky became the first British lady to score a FITA 14-hundred points during the Andover double FITA star tournament.
"I must admit, things are going really well at the moment," said Nicky. "But I've got to make sure that continues right through to October, with the world championship and the World Cup Grand Final next month, and the final of the National Series after that."
With wins at the last two National Series meets, Nicky is top of the current standings, with two rounds to go before places are finalised for the the Grand Final, at Lilleshall, on October 3.
