Athletic Spikes by Brooks

PR LD Athletic Spikes

The PR Collection delivers high performance technology and comfort in shoes weighing less than five ounces. The time in the name represents the fastest clocked time run by a high school member wearing a PR shoe. This time, and this shoe, is for the 1600m.

The shoe features welded overlays to provide lightweight support structure on an extremely airy mesh upper, and there is asymmetric construction wraps over the foot to secure it snugly.

There is a Pebax Rnew Spike Plate, six-well configuration and 6mm spikes for fantastic traction. The shoe has an incredibly thin and welding construction as well as a full length EVA midsole.

The Wire

From Brooks, 'The Wire' is an ultra lightweight spike designed to help you smash your personal bests at any distance from a mile up to 10,000m. Acting like an extension of your body, The Wire is so comfortable it allows you to focus on your performance, not on your feet.

In the midsole/outsole is a Pebax Rnew Distance Plate, with 5-well configuration, full-length BioMoGo, Shark Skin delivering exceptional comfort and traction with 6mm spikes and a wrench for adjustments. The upper is made from a highly breathable air mesh with synthetic overlay materials.

Mach 15

A good competitor is light on their feet and bold in their intentions. With a super light, mesh upper and smoldering good loks, the Mach 15 is a winner. It's lost a little weight, added comfort, and continues to bring the traction you need to break the tape.
