The EuroVillage will contain a variety of facilities including a four-thousand seater stadium, hospitality, a retail village and a children’s fun-zone.
The Championships kick-off with the England women’s team facing Ireland in the opening Pool A match at 15.00. The England men will have to wait until the following day, when they will face Belgium at midday. The top three sides in both of the men’s and women’s Championships will gain direct qualification for next years Olympic Games to be held in the Chinese Capital of Beijing.
