2013 ANZ Championship Round 8

MADISON Browne continues to amaze even the competition’s most experienced of players with her ability to weave the ball through opponents and into the hands of teammates.

Sharelle McMahon had high praise for Browne’s performance following the Vixens 22-goal win over the Haier Pulse at Melbourne’s Hisense Arena on Sunday, saying her passing ability was an outstanding feature of her game.

McMahon shot 20 goals in the Vixens 52-30 win at just under 87 per cent accuracy after coming off the bench mid-way through the second term.

But the Australian Diamonds legend was quick to credit Browne for many of those opportunities.

The 25-year-old wing attack was credited with 26 assists for the game, taking her season’s tally to 111.
